  • If any sales were made from your product Solidsales.store owner will pay a One-time payment of the total sales made from the listing (If requested)
  • Sometimes it may be possible while we source items from our supplier a counterfeited item gets through. We try our best to scout out any possible trademarked or counterfeited items and sometimes we will run a random product test scan once a while on certain products to recheck our products status to ensure everything is fine. 

What should you do if you find your product, Brand or a counterfeited item on our website? 

  • We advise you to email ASAP @Solidsales23100@gmail.com with information about the product & either (1- ask for the owner to do a product scan on it to ensure its legit and unbranded or if branded that we own the right to resell) or (2- Email us and inform us about the mistake we made so we may correct it).

  • If you are the owner or trademarked right holder of a product we carry and if any sales are made on either the (Legit &/or the counterfeited) item we here at Solidsales.store team would like to fix our mistake and remove any listings of this and do a One-Time payout on the total product sales we made from the listings.

  • If you looking for a One-Time payout information may be asked for proof of copyrighted holder such as an official documentation, creation records, or a detailed breakdown of the work's origin.
  • Official Registration Certificate: such as one from the U.S. Copyright Office).
  • Date-Stamped Creation Files: Provide raw or source files that predate any infringing work (e.g., layered PSD files, original CAD files, raw camera photos).
  • Creation History: Outline the history of the product's development, including initial sketches, concept art, and developmental revisions.
  • Proof of First Publication: Provide historical web archives, screenshots of early social media posts with timestamps, or records of the product being sold online to establish a timeline of your ownership.

Information for our valued customers:

This is important for our customers to help you understand how and what can happen to your order and how we handle your order.

  • When you place an order for a product it is possible that we may cancel or inform you that the product its self may change slightly in style or use.

  • Why? While we source items from our supplier they source items from their supplier and sometimes when you make a purchase the original supplier of the product may be out-of stock. our supplier will choose the next best closest option to resembles the purchased product and after the choose the product they will inform me by email and i will the customer know the changes.

  • When i find out then the customer will be informed (We have no control over this). When we get a image & product update to our email we will send a email or SMS (If customer agrees to SMS or WhatsApp contact agreement) to inform them of the product change).

  • We give all of our customers around 48 hours to respond back to us either by email or SMS, if we do not here back within the 48 hours given we will either 1- Continue with the order process or 2- Cancel and refund the customer.
  • Due to Solidsales.store team having to email the customer on updates to their order will reserve the right to subscribe your email for marketing emails the first time and if the customer unsubscribed from email marketing we will not subscribe them again unless they ask us to or they subscribe their self.

  • We advise our customers when throwing out any electronics we sell on our website or on our page on "SHOP" to dispose of them properly when needed by taking them to your local public dump around your area. (Never throw anything away in recycle or trash to be picked up by your neighborhood trash collection when dealing with electronics due to batteries, as they can explode and become dangerous and could cause property destruction)

  • When purchasing our products through Solidsales Shop app page or on Solidsales.store you the customer agrees to all of our terms and usage agreement under all and current polices.

  • Did one of our products mislead you with inaccurate information? Yes, that's correct unfortunately it is possible that some of our products may have wrong or inaccurate information and we try our best to fix and read over all of our product before we list them on our website. When we source products from our suppliers (Mainly in china) information that is added due to wrong typing errors by the original sellers or by AI to help enhance performance when adding and updating products. (We suggest you email Solidsales23100@gmail.com and inform us about our mistake and tell us about the problem and if you like to submit a refund to please do so, just make sure you apply for a refund within 30 days (Including weeks and weekends, ETC) to be approved)

  • SolidSales.Store Uses AI provided from Shopify to help enhance our product images/Descriptions/Product Titles and other Product Information.
  • Why? We use AI to make sure are products are as accurate in information and organized and stylish to our customers for their satisfaction and with our growing vast number in products it help us to keep adding products and finishing them before listing publicly to grow our Product Collections.
